    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased an item but after reading the sellers feeback realise that they are very slow to send items. &amp;nbsp;I have sent numerous emails but have received no response. &amp;nbsp;Can i cancel this item immediately or do I have to wait for the estimated delivery date - almost 2 weeks! even though it is in the UK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unless it was UK business seller, you don't have a right to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1 day after estimated delivery date open case for item not received, escalate on day 9,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;no shortcut unless seller refunds before then.&lt;/P&gt;
