    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="vip item-title"&gt;Toshiba 49U6663DB 49 Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and 5 Years Warranty.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;( 182726763278 ) on 29,08,2017. 2 weeks ago I started to have a problem with my TV: TV&amp;nbsp;it turns itself off everytime I try to switch it on. The red light under TV (sensor) is flashing and a 3 second later TV is off again.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;I tried to contact seller, on Saturday 09,12,2017 but the only message I get from seller was question about more details, e.g my address, my name and TV model. Seller said that need this information for my warranty claim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;Today I sent message to seller again but so far no answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="display-item-id"&gt;I need help how to claim my warranty as I bought TV with 5 years warranty, unfortunately I didn't get any documents or email with warranty information. &lt;P&gt;Any warranty is between you and the seller&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You dont say when you bought it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have just received it then you open a not as described dispute in ebay resolution centre&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate it after another 8 days to get your money back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days from &amp;nbsp;the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute&lt;/P&gt;
