A second buyer bought an item and paid by paypal the same day as the obstuctive buyer opened a case and placed me ebay into negative balance. I wrote to the second buyer apaolgised but said I was having problems and would cancel the order and refund him. Stupidly I didn't realise that his payment would reduce tha negative balance and wouldn't get a refund immediately.</P><P>So I then contacted him and confirmed he hadnt had the refund and said I'd sent the item which I did.
