    <description>We have agreed to a return but the item is not defective. It left us in excellent condition. Why should we pay for a return when we stipulated in returns policy the buyer would be responsible?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the buyer opens a not as described dispute then you have to accept the item back and send a pre paid label for the return&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once back then you refund through the resolution centre&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay would almost certainly go with the buyer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is in the condition you sent it in when you receive it back then you could try the right of the item in your sold section under More actions Report this buyer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Buyer mis used returns.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay may not tell you if they take any action and it may make no difference to your dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was a change of mind then the buyer should pay the return postage and you refund when you receive the item back&lt;/P&gt;
