    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi so I have received a defect on item as the customer stated they didnt recieve the item. However we sent the item as Royal Mail 24 and have even sent another one out as recorded delivery. Its beyond our control if the courier loses it. Is there anyway to remove the defect as this is really unfair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
