    <description>What's happened to the link item not as described it only let's you open a return case now I don't agree this should not cost buyers to send back a small cheaper item as posting may cost half of items worth you used to be able to open a item not as described case not a return as this means buser out of pocket please Ebay put this to be able to open a case because if you start the open case for returns then more than likely you will always loose as a buyer</description>
