I told them about the dented box because I thought they might want to cancel! But they're being pretty unpleasant about the whole thing. Aaanyway...)</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I issued a refund as soon as I got the request, about 10 hours ago.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>ebay is showing me a big green tick saying I refunded my buyer today through paypal 'We'll let you know as soon as the refund is complete'.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>paypal shows the full refund and that says 'Pending'</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have plenty of funds in my paypal account to make the refund, but can't find any info about why it's 'pending' or what that means. Can't see anything on ebay about what will make the refund 'complete'.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Meanwhile I'm getting messages from the buyer demanding their money with more and more exclamation marks.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Does anyone now what might be going on here?
