I am hoping someone can help me?

i purchased some items from Hong Kong, due to the time they were taking to arrive, I realised I would need to order some more, which I did.

when the first lot turned up, there were no batteries in them, despite stating on the advert, that there was. I checked the advert before opening a dispute.

The second lot I ordered arrived, and again there were not batteries, so I opened another dispute.

Now here is where my problem lies! The company have offered a partial refund for the first order, which I have declined, because it wasn't enough to purchase the batteries required. The second lot, I have had a message sent through the resolution centre, saying the listing clearly stated batteries were not included.

I purposely checked the listing, before opening a dispute and it clearly stated battery was included, meaning the buyer has to have edited the listing.

Will EBay be able to see this edit and rule in my favour?

sarah
