    <description>&lt;P&gt;i received a pot of make up with faulty seal.contacted seller, may as well have been&amp;nbsp; i sat under a light as i was grilled !!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;they were reluctant to pay returns until i sent it back for them to inspect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;somehow e bay sent me a message to say the seller was sending me a returns label which wasa load of rot&amp;nbsp; as i contacted the seller,they said no.So i returned it paid the postage now they are refunding me full payment but no mention of returns ???&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;im sick of the site going ound in circles to get action and e bay have closed the case I never opened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been on to chat help which was as useful as a choclate fireguard, they dont listen ,having to repeat myself constantly, im fuming as tis seller needs to take responsibility.Finally got e bays tele number&amp;nbsp; but presume i will be going round in circles again if I ring them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the message e bay sent me re the postage label&amp;nbsp; so thats why I never openend up a case .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
