    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a dispute with a chinese seller the item broke.I contacted them for a refund they say will send replacement still waiting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;had to send in a dispute to which I have been told to send item back? case closed. now I am recieving e mails almost every day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;saying it should be there soon and would I change my negative feed back and they would send me my money back,I feel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am being blackmailed to lie to other buyers and I feel this is so wrong and e bay doing nothing so bloody angry that this is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;allowed to happen. No I will not change feedback I recieved a shoddy item that broke and why should other buyers suffer what i have&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if they do not refund me will take the matter further and send the item to trading standards...oh they didn't ask me to return the item e bay did&lt;/P&gt;</description>
