Advanced Search syntax not working / or not clear

I would like access to text that fully and clearly explains the use (including Boolean terms) of the Search data field in Advanced Search "Enter Keywords or Item Number" etc.
Here is my keywords search that I cannot get to work although I have tried a number of syntax variations:-

( ("reliant scimitar"),("jensen healey"),("triumph vitesse convertible"),("mg midget"),("austin healey sprite"),("daimler sp250"),("isuzu piazza turbo"),("fiat 124"),("fiat 125"),quantum)

Thanks in advance for any help. eBay does not seem to offer a full description of correct use of this syntax.
