    <description>Hi I asked a seller to refund me since I didn't receive my item. The seller was elusive so I asked ebay to step in. Ebay sent the seller a refund request which the seller acknowledged. Then I was sent a message which says I was being refunded which would take up to 8 days. During this period I was sent another email from PayPal saying the refund has been unsuccessful. I contacted the seller who says he's now added another bank account to his PayPal and he will wait before refunding again because it still says refund pending on his side and he doesn't want to refund me twice. I'm now unsure of my next step. Cheers</description>
