Leaking gas burners

I purchased a lpg twin burner from someone in February this year, I appreciate that I am out of time for Ebay to do anything but this unit is faulty and leaks gas. I have messaged the seller but as expected he has not replied. In March I purchased a similar unit but larger from a different seller. On checking this too has leakage issues. Whilst these two units were from different sellers they look as if they are made by the same comnpany.

In my opinion they are dangerous and need reporting. I have had a Gas engineer look at them and he said they are not fit for purpose.

Who do I report these items to ??
