    <description>PayPal locked my account for me last week - they say it was for my protection, I don't think I had anything to worry about&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So after being forced to pick a new password, choosing or entering a load of security questions (?), having to change my password again for some reason and confirming a phone number, the restriction was lifted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;eBay sent me a message saying my Automatic payment method had been cancelled, so I set it up again. Then 4 days later got an email saying my Automatic payment method had been cancelled, so I set it up again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried to list an item yesterday and it said I couldn't cos I had no Automatic payment method setup, so I set it up again. No joy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried 8 or 9 times on every conceivable device and browser and it won't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My email is full of "PayPal billing agreement(s) to automatically pay your eBay seller fees and any reimbursements made under the eBay Money Back Guarantee Policy..."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;eBay support in Mumbai won't be able to fix this for me. Help ....?</description>
