Example of feedback that needs to go to Ebay management....

It is frustratingly difficult to contact Ebay but yet I can message my online bank and get replies real easy.

Searching on Ebay website for "feedback to ebay" or "contact ebay by messaging" leads no-where.

Need our help? "Contact us" button just leads customers round and round. Is that intentional?

Th Ebay Leave feedback page does not permit Ebay customer-to-Ebay feedback as we'd hoped for but something else.

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/safetycentre/counterfeits.html page just says how to get money back and does not say how, once money is refunded, to simply report counterfeit items so ebay can a) restrict a seller activities b) warn others c) contact police

The ebay website Tell us what you think button leads to "404 Not Found
The page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available"

If one returns goods because they are not as described the seller can cancel the sale, often not with the true reason stated, but importantly the buyer loses the ability using Purchase History to write a review and warn others, maybe of say counterfeit goods being sold.
Wishlist: Retain the Write a Review button in Purchase History cancelled goods.

When returning goods and a claim of 'not received' is made I think Ebay settles disputes by asking for a tracking number. If so when buyer returns goods to the seller Ebay should recommend they always send it tracked.
Recently a seller wrote "It should be no problem for you to send with second class stamp" (76p) but they could have easily said we had not returned the item especially when dealing with untrustworthy sellers. It took much persuasion to get them to agree to a tracked £1.66 signed for 2nd class postal charge and then make the actual refund.
Wishlist: Ebay could help by clarifying this grey position of whether buyer to use Proof of Postage (POP) or Tracked Proof of Delivery (POD).
