Question UK user listed as international in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

UK user listed as international

I have a UK eBay account, I listed an item, when I look for it it cannot be found except on one occasion it appeared as an item from an international seller, however I've not seen it again since!
Any ideas how to rectify this?
