I recently bought a Backpack from a site that states that it is UK coming from London, when I ordered it, it stated that it was coming from outside UK China, My granddaugheter had the bag for a couple of weeks then one of the straps burst I complained to the person that was selling it to me an they offered me £3.00 compensation as a good gesture, i told them that that was not good enough I threatened them with contacting Paypal and I got a full refund now my daughter tells me that the metal studs on the front of the bag has fell of.

I went back in to EBay to find a seller in the UK so that I could get her another bag it stated that it was UK based coming from London different name from last seller ordered it, it is coming from China it seems that EBay is flooded with different names from I presume the same company I think that they should be struck off for missleading information.
