delivery date scam

I bought an item and it hasn't turned up.

It shows as being despatched last week but that was 7 days ago now.

Here's the problem.

The seller has somehow managed to make the delivery estimate as 32 days.

So the "I didn't recieve the item" selection isn't working.

I've sent the seller a message but had no reply.

I've tried to go through the contact Ebay procedure but the selection of queries do not match my case.

Any ideas?

Edit: The item is in Kent, England and I'm in Bristol, England. Why the 32 working day delivery on this?
