I had to raise a case and escalate to ebay for the return, the seller failed to respond in that case and I was awarded a refund. I left the correct negative feedback (which I do very rarely, probably only twice in 13yrs) to make other potential buyers also aware of a bad experience no bad language was used and it was factual however now I see the feedback has dissapeared? nowhere to be found. What is going on?
