I received an email from eBay saying they will refund the costs but I believe this is only the final value fee. I have still been charged 10+ pounds insertion fee. I reported the buyer to the resolution centre but the person is still trading and has a previous history of none payment. I feel it is very unfair that I am out of pocket for insertion fees.
