Question None payment in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I posted a caravan for sale in May and the winning bidder agreed to collect it the next morning. He then sent a text saying he didn't want it. Not only have I been charged insertion costs, lost a sale which received quite a number of bids but deprived someone of a caravan. I received an email from eBay saying they will refund the costs but I believe this is only the final value fee. I have still been charged 10+ pounds insertion fee. I reported the buyer to the resolution centre but the person is still trading and has a previous history of none payment. I feel it is very unfair that I am out of pocket for insertion fees. Is there anyway I can get my 10+ pound back?
