    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;İ have problem with late delivey rate. There are some records in report but they are not late indeed. There is two section, 1.Tracking indicates late delivery and 2.&lt;SPAN&gt;Buyer says late delivery. There are 8 records and only one of them is in first seciton, rest of them are said late by buyers. However all these buyers sent positive feedbacks and expressed their hapinees with purchase. Evenmore some feedbacks says excellent service and quick delivery. Is not there a deep conlict here? How can a satisfied buyer who left feedback as "quick delivery" says it is late same time? May anyone describe this paradox to me? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;By the way i always try to send items same day and nearly all of these items are dispatced same date of order.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
