Combined postage

Hello,

Before I bid for two items from one seller I contacted them for a combined postage in case I win both items. This is what happened and when I asked for a combined postage invoice, I got the answer they don't know how to do it and suggest I pay both postage fees and they refund me later. Is this OK and possible?

That's not great for your seller as they'll still be charged eBay final value fees on the postage they're refunding (eBay don't issue partial fee credits). Just copy and paste this post and send it to them.

Find the items in your eBay Sold summary, to the right there's a dropdown menu, select the 'send payment details' option.

An invoice will appear showing the items.

Put the combined postage amount in the postage field (do not click on the reset/recalculate option as this deletes what you've just done).

Click on the preview link to make sure it looks okay, if it does, click on send.
