    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Several times recently when I've bought more than one item from a seller and clicked on "request total" eBay have sent e a message saying "this seller has disallowed combined postage". Later I've discovered the seller does in fact offer combined postage and are not best pleased at having to arrange refunds! Is this problem just mine, or are others experiencing the same thing?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
