    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold an EPNS Milk Jug &amp;amp; Sugar Bowl. In the listing i stated that the listing was for the two items but I would include the teapot although it was damaged &amp;amp; had a bad repair to spout. The buyer now wants to return stating item is broken (naming the teapot as damaged item!) &amp;nbsp;They clearly didn'y read the listing. If I don't accept the return &amp;nbsp;( I'm a bussiness seller) will ebay step in &amp;amp; rule in buyers favour? Obviously this will affect my performance levels &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
