A buyer has asked to return a dress that is over my advertised returns period, reason stated too big. They have had it since the 19th of October and it's now the 3rd Nov. Do I still have to take it back ? Will they still be able to neg me if I say no, and will Ebay give me a defect if I refuse it, not that I can even see an option to refuse it either ?

This has happened a few times now, for an easy life I have always turned a blind eye to it. However fashion items loose value very quickly, so I'm getting pretty fed up with bad buyers who I suspect wear the clothes to an event and send them back late once worn, or they are just plain lazy.

I have a clear returns policy but it's worthless if Ebay won't back me up if I say no to this late return or ones in the future .

Thanks guys 🙂 xxx
