Question Am I entitled to postage refund in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I ordered 2 pump handle spray bottles from 2 different sellers recently. 1 was for water and the other for solvents. The solvents bottle arrived and is a real quality item so I'm very happy. The water spray bottle however arrived with a broken trigger mechanism and is of very poor quality. I've messaged the seller who has tried to teach me to suck eggs. I've been using this type of spray bottles for over 30 years so I know how they work and if they're are a good quality or cheap rubbish. The seller is more concerned that I should tighten the lid and check that the fitted parts haven't come loose instead of admitting he's selling junk and offering me a full refund. The item only cost £4.99 but I don't see why I should pay nearly that to return the item at the Post Office as the item arrived broken, not me breaking it. Am I entitled to a refund for the postage costs?
