i have been watching a car with no reserve for some time now from a main citroen dealer, this car has been sold at least 2 times and is now on auction again, i suspect dodgy dealing and reported them but do ebay take any notice as i have reported them befor and noticed several times on their cars that the winning buyers have 100% biding with them, should they be investigated?
