I sold a brand new bag for 99p the buyer said it turned damaged but it was fine when I posted it, I refunded it anyway then I asked for it back but the buyer had given it to charity! I was then given negative feedback and called rude! eBay only side with buyers! As they are giving them business and your not allowed to give nagative feedback to a buyer! That is not right!
