&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;If something is not as described then you open a case in the resolution centre. The seller then "should" send you a label to return [but probably will not by the sound of it]. So if not then you escalate to ebay after 8 full days, they send you a label and you send it back and input the tracking. &amp;nbsp; All well and good if the seller is in UK.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;The problem arises if the seller is abroad as - if you use eBay - you have to pay postage which probably makes it uneconomical.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;If you open the case in Paypal then there is apparently a way that they pay the post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Even if you did change the feedback and "left it to the seller" then I doubt you'd ever see the money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;When something goes wrong you MUST use the resolution centres.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ignore it. You could even report them to eBay if you want, as sellers are not allowed to make this demand. Simply open a case under eBay's money back guarantee:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A case must be opened within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date. If still unresolved after 8 days the option will appear to escalate it for eBay to step in. If the seller hasn't already provided a prepaid return label eBay will provide one, and charge them for it (for returns within the UK only). Don't agree to close the case before you have your refund.&lt;/P&gt;
