&lt;P&gt;If you import anything from outside the EU then customs duty, VAT and an administration charge may be payable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has nothing to do with your seller. it's you who is supposed to know what charges will be payable on importing items. If you refuse to accept delivery that will be your loss. You will not be able to claim any&amp;nbsp;compensation through&amp;nbsp;eBay or paypal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
