I was browsing through a site in USA and didnt see anything i wanted to buy on there.<BR />I then logged into my Paypal account and to my astonishment i had a charge of £26 that was changed from US dollars for a small pamphlet type booklet which was for about 6 or 7 and postage was nearly £18!! But the thing is , i never even pressed any buttons on that site and i definately would not pay £18 for postage of such a item that is so lightweight and flimsy!<BR />I cant believe how this has happened i am so angry has ive used Ebay for 15 years and this has never happened before and everywhere is closed!!
