https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support-DO-NOT/Guys-I-need-help-please/qaq-p/5345703 Hi<BR />I sold an item through eBay global shipping program and I can't explain how bad my experience was..i sent the item to the shipping center to send it to France as the buyer from there. and I have still the proof ftom royal mail.thenthe shipping center didn't send it to the buyer or got lost , then the buyer opened a case against me...now eBay should protect me because I suppose to be protected under this global shipping program but they didn't..instead they made me contact the ebay French branch and deal with them while I understand nothing in French..when I tried to open a case to defend my self the resolution center took me to ebay.
