Then it's time to open an unpaid item case.

Go to the Resolution Centre, link for this at bottom of this and most pages. Open a case for unpaid item, and close exactly 4 days later. Your Final Value Fees will be refunded, the buyer gets a non paymenbt strike on their account, and only then you can relist the item if you wish.

Put all non payers on your blocked buyers list so they do not try and buy from you again. Account tab >> Site Preferences >> Block Buyers who .... Show / Edit / Buyer exemption list Add ID Submit.
