Hi I wanted a sonic cleaner for Jewellery as u only use water ( some sell solution but u don't have to have it ) they had tiny 1's for £2-3 from Hong Kong so I ordered 1 but knew it likely to be a while so I thought I'd treat self for once . There where around 5 to choose from in size I was after with only few days wait all varying around £12-£15 - there was one called - ultrasonic cleaner "octopus " just as the mini was called - wireless ultrasonic cleaner - when I went to pics it appeared it may come with solution but I wasn't fussed as I don't have to have it - it's pic is hard to explain but it's enlarged with half a cleaner the other half with octopus logo - There's 1 where cleaner is central & someone tipping solution in from corner the above shot agAin is central to cleaner the solution is in all of them but not appearing to be main item - I ordered wasn't ticking off days got an amazon parcel - I'd not ordered of them for months I was on way out saw bottle left it indoors still thinking I must look & see y. They have. Sent this as no note no paperwork - it was only when looking it up I saw it was called octopus & then it clicked that was only reason / way I knew it from seller on here ! I was gutted as very unlike me to make such a mistake I'd paid
Over £12 for solution ! Went back to advert & was really angry when I looked over it knowing wot I now new it extremely misleading further to that when I went into feedback they all said exactly the same about misleading no response etc ( boy have I learnt my lesson !) some 1 commented saying they order off amazon put extra on & solution in that size on amazon free p & p £7.79 I paid over £12 the seller is just. Removing paperwork the issue I have with that is they not putting any of own on it -ur left to figure it out ! I messaged seller 2-3 times saying I'd like to return & get refund but they not replying - is there anything I can do ?
I know u should always read but I kind of took for granted it ok as always has been If from abroad I check but when looking on amozon I realised it's not even standard solution it's only for printer heads so checked ad again it does say that if u go into description then at end it refers to child's small rattle it almost looks as if it's been thrown on as mistake to cover "rest". maybe or unless it's how written legally n they not want to put something there I don't know - I'm so angry I know my mistakes & ive learnt from them but how can people blatantly do this & get away with it it's a lot of £ to me - I've noticed on here it says seller always pays return postage but on theirs it says buyer does I also can't open case as have recieved HELP please livvy
