Question Return or not? in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I bought a ladies watch, it came child size but no mention of the seller taking half the links out in the original advert, I messaged her to see if she still had the links, explaining that the watch was useless to me without them but got a snotty message back saying that she didnt accept returns and no she had no links. I messaged her again saying that the item wasnt as described but she said that I should have asked if links were taken out before buying! Anyway to cut a long story short after threatening me in a message i want nothing more to do with this seller, after getting ebay involved i got a refund but no return postage costs because she'd said on the return that she didn't want this item back. I contacted ebay to see if this was correct as I know she would want it back but they said definitely keep the item! Roll forward a week and i've had another threatening message from the seller saying that she hasnt received the item back yet and she is going to take action against me? Now I'm in a quandry, If she sends the money for postage I would post it back despite her saying on the return to keep it but as she has been nasty all the way through I'm not prepared to fork out for the postage myself, how can i get ebay to contact her with this as i am no longer prepared to take the abuse messaging this person gets me?
