I emailed the seller and he has refused to send a returns label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't want to pay the postage myself as he will not reimburse me what can I do ? I paid by PayPal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Teach the seller a lesson. &amp;nbsp;Open a case for item not-as-described (defective) and escalate it to eBay after 8 full days. &amp;nbsp;eBay will give you a prepaid returns label to print and use at the seller's expense if the item location was UK. &amp;nbsp;For international trades you'd need to phone eBay for the return costs upfront. &amp;nbsp;Follow eBay's instructions precisely and cease communicating with the seller.&lt;/P&gt;
