Question Scammers? in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hello. I recently sold an item, call it ten quids worth. I even sold at a loss through postage. No problem. Received msg saying it hadnt arrived. No tracking just proof of postage. I told them wait a couple of days til the 15 RM limit then check with depot. Then......msg saying 'doesnt matter about the money' (?) I offered a full refund. "Doesnt matter". Then "wheres my money?" Today inundated with "sick of inboxing you, wheres my money?" Today sent refund. Now its "not got it". Blah blah. Now I very strongly suspect that they DID indeed receive the item, and looking at their feedback, it seems I'm not the only disgruntled seller to them. I have 100% positive feedback from nearly 4 years on ebay and this has really wound me up. I realise I dont have a leg to stand on as seller but its the first time this has happened blatantly. Their messages have suddenly stopped as an hour or so ago I informed them I was reporting the issue and that the refund had come out of my account. The grammar/rudeness and sheer madness of the messages lead me to believe they are scammers esp the one saying 'refund by card'? or words to that effect. This has freaked me a bit. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.
