Does anyone know how Ebay make these rules, and what can I do to prove an item is not fake?

Hello,

To have a better understanding on why some , especially high brand fashion houses ban their items from being sold here, scroll to bottom of this page, and click on the link VerO Regulations and Policies.

It is not eBay but the actual brand owners who ban their items being sold here. Unfortunately, there are too many fake items, which being an online selling platform no one can obviously physically check these before they are sold, so these brands totally ban them, it is their request not eBay's.

This then sweeps genuine articles like yours into this ban, and there is nothing you can do to over ride it. Just do not list the item again, as you have been warned. Simllar items may be seen on the Site, but these have not yet been spotted and reported, when they are they too will suffer the same Fate as yours.
