I am dealing with a buyer who has said the Lladro I have sent him and then he gived me A negative feedback Quoting

I was possitive that this wasnt true and had sevral words with him

Later i went through his feedbacks to see that he hasgiven outloads of negatives backto most of his sellers saying exactly the same thing.

when i seen this i told him what i have found and the cheecky get said he will take a patial refund I said no i want him to cancel my return because it wasnt broken and I have heard nothing off him since the refund request is still there and so is my feedback can somone help me i dont know what to do from here
