    <description>&lt;P&gt;What possible justification is there for taking a commission from shipping fees? I charge the amount, sometimes less, that the post office charges me. To have Ebay taking a cut is unacceptable and unjustified. Unfortunately the Ebay system is as complicated as ever, designed to avoid having to give a straight answer one suspects!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
