Question Why does ebay not recognise a VALID email address? in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Recently had to change my e-mail provider. Created a new e-mail address with the new provider - which is recognised by many contacts I have - including PayPal. But e-bay will not recognise that new address: insists it is not valid - when it clearly is. And no, I haven't made any typos!

Advice / help, please!
