    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i sold a carburettor for a motorcycle last week, i fully tested it on a motorcycle and even replaced a couple of screws on it as they were a bit suspect, i cleaned it and rechecked it i know im a bit sad but as we all know i like things to be spot on or i wouldnt sell it. Just had a email stating that the tps conector is snapped, i have pictures of it in one bit and ok what should i do please many thanks wayne,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the item was posted/couriered then chances are it could have happened in transit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do they want to return it or are they asking for a refund? if they want a refund then they need to return the item to you but you will have to foot the bill for that and it's easier if you ask them to open a returns request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's something fixable then maybe they will accept a partial refund to enable them to do that, eBay wont get involved in partial refunds but you can sort that out with the buyer if you wish.&amp;nbsp; Any refund, partial or full, needs to be via the original PayPal transaction to prevent them double dupping a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
