There were holes where there shouldn't be any and parts are missing. I sent photo's as proof. They wanted photo's of every area that was missing a part so they could get spares from the manufacturer. Still no good, it has holes where they shouldn't be?! The item cannot be built because of all it's faults. They offered a partial refund. I refused it and asked to return it. They have emailed a link for a returns label, assuming I have a printer (I don't) and they want me to carry it to the Post Office?! How do I complain about this seller please? This is one of the worst sellers I have dealt with.
