Question Cancelling an order in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Cancelling an order

A customer asked to cancel their order and I went straight to PayPal to refund their payment before I realised I can select 'cancel order' from the Sold menu in Ebay.

The order shows a minus £ adjustment now to their order, but if I 'cancel order' from the sold menu to remove the order will it refund the customer again? Can I just Delete the order now without the system penalising me?

You cannot cancel it now you've refunded. You won't get your selling fee back unless ebay refund it manually. Contact them using the phone options at the bottom of this:
