H, I have a buyer that says the item I sold was broken in the post. After a while he has now sent me the photos but when I go to open any of the photos it takes me to French eBay and wants my login details. No matter how I try to open them whether it's through email or direct from the eBay site it still takes me to the French site although transactions are local.
Please help again.
