Question Global shipping programme in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hi, I have made a mistake on my selling preferences and wondering how to correct it. I set my postage preferences to exclude all countries outside Europe. I created a listing that gave no overseas postage option, and I opted out of the global shipping programme, so mistakenly thought no overseas buyers could bid. However now I have a European bidder for the item. I wanted to avoid all the hassle of overseas postage and customs so what can I do now? I tried editing the listing to opt back into the global shipping programme, however I couldnt tick the check box for the option. So what options are open to me?

If I decide on this occasion just to carry on and accept European bidders, what are my responsibilities as a seller to a European buyer? Do I just need to give them a quote for postage?

thanks
