    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My status was just downgraded from "Top Rated" to Above standard" because eBay somehow has registered late delivery for two items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are both false. I shipped both items same day payment cleared and they were both delivered to the buyers in good time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the buyers and they have both left positive feedback and 5 stars.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not a business seller so the seller rating is not all that important, but it is still a bit **bleep**py&amp;nbsp;that that you loose your status even when&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you do everything correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am probably not the only one who have had this experience! Anything I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The buyerrs must have ticked the NO box when it asks if the item arrived by a specific date&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only way to avoid this iis to send by Royal Mail using a tracked service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
