    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seller not posting my items, ignoring emails and of course I've paid yet it won't let me cancel to be refunded and I can't understand why. I just want to purchase these from elsewhere now. Without having to call eBay or contact PayPal (just had them refuse to refund me for days where I had to make 15 calls, was already granted a refund from PayPal access card that paypal wouldn't do and I had to speak to a manager over an item that's doing a world tour and seller and postal service refused to help- got it sorted eventually but I now have no confidence in paypal at all) and I have a phone phobia so don't want to call eBay. This seller is getting more and more bad feedback but it won't even let me open a case until the estimated delivery time is up- over a month away and yet it hasn't even been posted! This is crazy and I don't have cash to throw around like this I saved for these items and am really&lt;BR /&gt;Upset. I tried reporting them but there's no catergory for my problem nor did it give me a chance to type anything. Thanks for any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
