    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently i sold an item throught the global shipping centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer has opened a case without giving it enough time to arrive, the tracking shows it is in transit, i cant add any details or information to respond to the case as its german and theres no option anywhere for me to provide anything?&amp;nbsp; Im confused and exasperated!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
