    <description>&lt;P&gt;Someone has left me negative feedback stating they paid for an item 4 weeks ago and haven't received it.&lt;BR /&gt;Really it sold on 10/11, they paid on 20/11 but I've been on hol. I don't see how this is fair. Do you know if I can do anything?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note: I have read the reply below and think there has been some misunderstanding.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;basically, the buyer paid ten days late. By the time they had paid, 10 days after the item ended, I was going away that day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't see how it's fair to pay me ten days late but then leave negative feedback.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have returned today. The item hasn't been posted and I am going to refund the buyer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
